Club officers coming from different clubs in RI District 3790 gathered for the 2015 District Training Assembly (DISTAS) at Venus Parkview Hotel in Baguio City hosted by the Rotary Club of Baguio Summer Capital. The assembly had the purpose of keeping Rotarians in line with the objectives for the upcoming Rotary year themed, “Be a gift to the world.” The Lighthouse Marina Resort Legacy Foundation (LMRLF) team, including its director Zedrik Avecilla and project manager, Jozen Curva, (Rotary Club of Subic Bay members) were given the opportunity to present in front of 500 attendees, spanning different regions to speak about their club's endeavors that encompasses environmental efforts through the ICC campaign. What they’ve contributed as a whole organization, and in their own small ways, can indeed be a gift to the world. There is always a ripple effect. The Rotary International District 3790 comprises of 101 club in northwestern part of Luzon, Philippines - from the province of Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Mt. Province, Abra, La Union, Benguet, Pangasinan, Zambales, Tarlac, Pampanga, Bataan.
Rotary Clubs under the Cluster 4C, namely Subic Bay and Subic Pearl have been actively engaging their community and since the beginning of ICC Zambales.
